CMi2i is an investor relations consultancy where analysts were spending 15-20 hours per week on manual report production - extracting data, running macros, formatting PowerPoints. This wasn't just inefficient; it was pulling highly skilled analysts away from the advisory work their clients were actually paying for. There was also no visibility into how clients interacted with the reports being produced.
The Solution
We built a client portal that automated the entire report generation process. Data is pulled automatically from source systems, reports generate instantly in the correct format, and clients can access them through a self-service portal. We also built analytics into the platform so CMi2i can now see exactly how clients interact with their data - which reports they view, how often, and what they focus on.
