The Challenge
HS2 is Europe's largest infrastructure project - thousands of assets, millions of documents, fragmented across multiple systems and contractors. There was no single view of the asset landscape, making it nearly impossible to understand what existed, where, and in what condition.

We built the data mapping and visualisation layer that brought it all together. Multiple data sources were integrated into a single, searchable platform.
Assets were mapped and visualised - including 3D asset visualisation through Bentley iTwin integration. Documents were linked to their corresponding assets, making everything discoverable in seconds rather than hours.
